For Home Product Manufacturers
Get clearer on where your marketing deserves attention next.
Your company is already investing in marketing. The question is whether those resources are focused where they can make the biggest difference.
The complimentary Marketing Focus Session combines a short assessment with a 20–30 minute one-on-one conversation to help you identify the area of your marketing most likely limiting better results, put that finding in the context of your business, and understand why it matters.

Why this matters
Doing more marketing is not always the answer.
You may already have a website, campaigns, advertising, email, dealers, distributors, agencies, internal staff — or some combination of them.
But when results are not improving as expected, adding another tactic can create more activity without solving the right problem.
The Marketing Focus Session is designed to help you step outside the day-to-day activity and ask a more useful question:
Where is our marketing most likely getting held back right now?
You won’t leave with a complete diagnosis or another large strategy document. You will leave with clearer direction about the area that deserves closer examination and why.
A little preparation makes the conversation more useful.
How it Works
1. Schedule your Session
Designed for the executive or person leading marketing at home product manufacturers. Choose a time that works for you. The Session is complimentary and takes approximately 20–30 minutes.
2. Complete the Marketing Focus Assessment
After scheduling, you’ll complete a short assessment about your marketing, sales channels, leads, and performance.
The Assessment uses your answers, benchmarks, and signals from your public-facing marketing to identify the area most likely limiting better results.
That gives us direction before we meet instead of spending your Session gathering basic information. The current Assessment already examines channel mix, marketing activity, lead generation, follow-up, team/process factors, and performance metrics.
3. Meet one-on-one with Fásnua
We’ll use your Assessment result as a starting point, then put it in the context of what is actually happening in your business.
That conversation may confirm the direction, narrow it, or point us somewhere different. The goal is to understand whether the likely constraint fits your situation, what may be contributing to it, and why it may matter to results.
4. Receive your Marketing Focus Summary
After the Session, you’ll receive a concise one-page Marketing Focus Summary that captures the likely area of constraint, the business context that shaped the discussion, why it may matter, and what deserves closer attention next.
Use it to align your internal team and agencies, guide near-term marketing decisions, and decide whether the issue can be addressed with your current resources or deserves deeper diagnosis through Revel.
What we’ll Cover
Focus on the decisions behind the numbers.
With foundational marketing information shared in the Assessment before we meet, we can focus the conversation on the business questions most likely to change where your marketing attention should go next, including:
What needs to improve in the business — and what role marketing needs to play
Which products, audiences, or sales channels matter most to where you’re trying to grow
Where you see friction, missed opportunity, or underperformance — and what you’ve already tried
What your team, agencies, budget, and other priorities make realistic right now
You don’t need to prepare a presentation or bring more data. The goal is to use 20–30 minutes to understand where marketing attention is most likely to pay off, why it matters, and what deserves closer examination next. Think of it as moving a spotlight across your marketing until the area that deserves the most attention is illuminated.
What you’ll receive
A summary of what was revealed — and what to do next.
Within two business days, you’ll receive a one‑page Marketing Focus Summary that includes:
- The likely area of constraint discussed
- Important business context uncovered during the conversation
- Why the issue may be affecting marketing performance
- What deserves closer examination next
- Recommended next steps
You can use the Summary whether or not you choose to work with Fásnua. It’s designed to be shared with your leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align everyone on next steps.

Common Questions
What’s the difference between a Marketing Focus Session and Revel?
The Marketing Focus Session is a complimentary 20–30 minute conversation that combines your Assessment results with the context of your business to clarify where marketing may deserve attention next and why it matters.
Revel is the first phase of Fásnua’s paid Growth Marketing System. It goes deeper to identify the specific problem within that area that can realistically be improved in the next 90 days and is most likely to have the greatest impact on marketing results.
Where and for how long do we meet?
Sessions are held remotely by Zoom and typically take 20–30 minutes. We keep the conversation focused so you can get useful direction without giving up a large part of your day.
Is this useful if we already have a marketing team or agency?
Yes. Whether you already have an internal team, agency partners, or are looking for additional marketing support, the Session can help clarify where attention and resources may have the greatest impact.
It is not about assuming the people or partners you have are the problem. It is about getting clearer on what needs attention next — so you can decide whether that work belongs with your current team, an existing agency, a new partner, or Fásnua.
Is the Session still useful if our marketing is already performing reasonably well?
Yes. A marketing constraint does not necessarily mean something is broken.
For a growing manufacturer, the more useful question may be: what is keeping good performance from becoming better? The Session can help surface the area where additional attention may produce the greatest improvement.
Will you need access to our systems, financials, or confidential information?
No. The Marketing Focus Session does not require access to your CRM, analytics platforms, financial systems, or other internal accounts.
The Assessment covers foundational information before we meet, and you can share whatever additional context you are comfortable discussing during the Session. Deeper analysis may become appropriate later if you choose to move into Reveal.
Who should attend and what should they prepare?
The person responsible for making or guiding marketing decisions should attend. That may be an owner, executive, or marketing leader.
Complete the short Marketing Focus Assessment before the Session. Beyond that, there is no presentation to prepare and no additional data to gather. Come ready to discuss what the business is trying to accomplish, what you are seeing in the market, and where you want marketing to perform better.
