In your Marketing Focus Session, we will:
- Clarify your growth target
Align on the customer or channel that matters most for your next leg of growth and what a “really good year” looks like there. - Confirm your primary Marketing Focus
Use your Assessment results and clarifying questions to confirm whether your real bottleneck is Reach, Leads, Conversion, or Retention. - Quantify what it’s costing you
Walk through simple “money math” so you can see how much revenue is currently trapped behind that constraint. - Set your 90‑day marketing focus
Define one clear statement:
“In the next 90 days, our highest-leverage marketing focus is to ___ so we can ___.” - Outline 2–3 high‑leverage projects
Identify a short list of projects that directly attack that focus, with simple success metrics you and your team (or ours) can track.
No generic advice. No “it depends.” Just a clean diagnosis and a realistic 90‑day focus you can use immediately.
